Will my order be delayed?
During these uncertain times we hope everyone is staying safe. We have reduced our weekly shipments to 2x per week. Tuesdays and Fridays. Our goal is to continue to provide you with your orders, while we abide by government regulations, and package shipments as safely as possible.
Please note, your order will be shipped on the following Tuesday or Friday from when you place your order. Please expect a couple days extra to our suggested shipping timelines.
What are the preventative measures you are taking at your packaging facility?
We are following social distancing regulations and handling all merchandise with personal protective equipment.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
We typically ask for 3 business days for our team to pack & ship your order however we are excited to get it to you ASAP so keep an eye out for our tracking email. We ship orders out on Tuesdays and Fridays.

How is my order shipped? Can it be expedited?
We ship our products internationally using a local shipping broker called Chitchats. They choose the best shipping option for your location. These carriers are Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia. If these options do not work for you please contact us at email@example.com or under the contact us tab.
With our Free Shipping promotion, your order will arrive in 3–6 business days for Canadian residents and will be delivered by either Canada Post, depending on your shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We are currently shipping globally and have not had issues on shipping our products to their destinations. Please note we are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal delays once it leaves our warehouse.

Is your packaging sustainable? / Do you offer a environmentally friendly packaging option?
Here at SheppSolutions we are constantly driven to provide the best products at accessible prices while practicing sustainability. Our shipments are packed in recyclable envelopes that are filled with newspaper padding that can be disposed of with your paper recycling after shipment.

Oh no! I got the wrong hook for the board I want to hang, what can I do?
We encourage you to take our quiz first before ordering but send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to figure out what is the best option!
What is your Return Policy?
SHEPPSolutions will accept merchandise in its original, unused condition for a refund or store credit on discretion of SheppSolutions once return has been received. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was made, it is not eligible for a return.

When will my Return be processed?
Our team works hard on processing all returns as quickly as possible. Please monitor your tracking number and allow 4-5 business days after delivery for the refund / store credit to be process. Once the return has been processed through our system, allow for a few days for your bank to return the payment.
